Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
PONCHOS&CONCHOS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. *
Once a package is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands if the package(s) is lost/stolen/damaged.
If you feel as though your package has been lost/stolen/damaged, please submit a claim to USPS.
- All packages sent out have GPS tracking information embedded in the barcode, that is sent to the email provided within 1-5 business days of purchase date.
- If your tracking states "delivered" but you did not receive your package, you will need to contact your local post office in the event that they may have mistakenly stated the package has been delivered, but still have it in their possession.
- If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Ponchos&Conchos IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.
Damaged Item(s) -
It is recommended to contact a local jeweler or professional silversmith for stone resetting, or any soldering that may need repaired. Ponchos&Conchos DOES NOT offer any repair services.
